Self esteem is directly associated with two main questions that a person asks himself: “How do I feel about me?”. “How do I feel about who I am?” .The ways we approach these queries usually depend in our family origins. But remember, self esteem cannot be inherited.
There are two types of self esteem that people project depending on different factors. The first is global self esteem which is wholly about who we are and is usually constant.
